Low Life In High Heels - in development
Written by Holly Woodlawn

This modern drama is based on the 1992 memoirs of Holly Woodlawn, the legendary drag queen who hitchhiked from Miami to New York City in the 60's only to become one of Andy Warhol's Factory-era protégés. The story captures the heart and determination of a young man who needed to find a place where he could belong, and also captures the debauchery of drugs, sex, and art of that decade. Holly's story, along with many of Warhol's stars, was captured by Lou Reed's famous song "Walk on the Wild Side."
